How to Work Remotely Without Losing Motivation.

Health

Many companies are encouraging their employees to work remotely as a precaution against the corona-virus. so I’m still working remotely today. I am get out of the house at least once a day.no matter how crappy my day is,I’ve achieved at least one thing.Getting out of the house forces a feeling of accomplishment and running around the neighborhood running course at every morning, go to the post office or dry cleaner. There’s one caveat:Resist the urge to waste 500(JPY) at Starbucks, because it will become a habit. I can dictate how long I will be away from my work based on deadlines, but even as little as 10 minutes meeting some tangible non-work-related goal can anchor me.Running is the best”work-life balance” investment I’ve ever made. I’m on it every day.but I’m not talking about exercise for weight loss, though that might be a great side benefit. My tall is 179cm, the Weight is 53kg and Body fat percentage is 5% just. In fact,I running over 500km a month.I’m talking about exercise for sanity and productivity. It making an effort so taxing that it wipes my mind clean.I can then repopulate my brain with problems and hassles that, with a new perspective, might be solved in a fresh way. This is exercise that allows me to think of nothing except what I am doing at that very moment, that has my sweating through my shirt, that leaves me exhausted and euphoric. The exhaustion won’t last, but the euphoria will, and it will see I through the rest of my solitary workday.
