Ultra Prominences Peak of Japan

The prominence of Mountain is measured as the elevation difference between the summit and the highest saddle that connects it to higher ground and there are 21 summits in Japan with a prominence of 1,500 meters or greater and these are called “Ultra Prominence Peak”. Recently I’ve climbed one of the mountains on this list, the Mt.Hakkyouga-dake. If you have the opportunity to travel to the Kansai-area, I also recommend climbing to Mt.Hakkyoga-dake.
